1. Check the rail track and the fasteners regularly!
2. Take a complete inspection at the rail facilities in spring and autumn, and make records of the inspection record as the basis of the next year’s maintenance schedule. 
3. Detect the steel rails, dynamic lines, road surface and the vertical section of the steel rail regularly, if there are the broken ones, replace and maintenance immediately. 
4. The renovation of the track geometric status, including making the railway line in the right direction, adjust rail gauge, rail bottom slope and rail gap. 
5. The maintenance and replacement broken steel rail, sleeper and connection parts, or replace the wholly new ones. 
6. Cleaning or add rail ballast, make they are of density and elasticity, and has good drainage performance. 
7. The maintenance and repair equipment, strengthening subgrade and protection;
8. Maintenance and repair the rail subgrade, drainage or protective reinforcement equipment.
