Railway fish plate, also called rail joint, or splice bar, plays the function of connecting the steel rails. They can connect the light rail, heavy rail and crane rail. Using fish plate to connect the rails is labor-saving than rail welding technology and the installation is simple and quick. It’s better to use the matching fish bolt to fasten the rails. There are holes in the middle of fish plate, through which the fish bolt can fasten the rail joint and the steel rail together.

• Inspection and testing of raw materials before put into manufacturing. We require the material suppliers to provide production batch number, chemical composition, mechanical properties and other index.
• Quality control inspector would take sample inspection during the process of the manufacturing and detect each end product one by one to ensure the quality.
• Our workers make the corresponding physical and chemical testing According to the different requirements of the various products. If the results do not meet our requirements, we will refuse to accept, only the material meeting our standards will be put into the production.
• For the production of semi-finished products and the manufacturing, we often organize quality control coordination meetings, and provide technical support and guidance. We guarantee that our products are qualified before the delivery to our customers.

Each of our products is inspected through some procedures and processes to ensure the quality of products. We have our own rail joint workshop and two production lines of Φ450 and Φ300 rolling lines for producing rail joint. 14 kind of various production equipment are available in the production including pre-heating and heat treatment furnaces, straightening machine, cutting machine, etc. Our aim is to responsible for our customers and clients.
