We have our own inspection center and a full set of inspection facilities such as German direct-reading spectrometer, metallographic image automatic analysis instrument, automatic impact testing machine, magnetic detector, fatigue testing machine, etc. All of our products pass the quality inspection before shipment to the clients. Testing of Rail Clip

Hardness testing is one of the factors to evaluate the performance of rail clip. The testing result ranges from 44.2HRC to 46.5HRC, all meeting the standard from 44-48 HRC. Fatigue testing can estimate the degree that rail clip can stand caused by the cyclic stress or shake. 70% cases of mechanical parts damage are caused by fatigue, so the fatigue testing is necessary for securing the safety of the railway. Dimension testing is essential for the installation, imprecise dimension may caused the rail clip can’t be applied in the railway. Our rail clips all have pass different testing to meet the requirements of clients.
